Return Policy
Items may be returned within 30 days of
receipt of the product for a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, you
must contact our customer service department to obtain a Return
Authorization number (RA#). You may call our customer service department at
800-545-2114 or email at support@prolineracks.com
to obtain an RA#.
All returned items must be in new, unused and
re-sellable condition and accompanied with an RA#. All parts and
instructions must be returned with the product to receive a refund,
excluding the shipping costs. Note the RA# on the outside of the package or
on your returned copy of the invoice. You return must also include a copy of
the invoice or online order confirmation. Your invoice can be found inside
the carton or on the outside of the package in the shipping pouch.
Items that included free shipping at time of purchase
will be refunded less the actual outbound shipping costs. Shipping charges
are not refundable unless the return was due to our error. Returns may be
sent via UPS, FedEx or US Postal Service. We recommend that you insure the
return merchandise and ship with delivery confirmation or with delivery
tracking. All non-defective returns are subject to up to 15% restocking fee.
Exchanges
Items that are
returned for exchange are not subject to any restocking charges. Exchanged
items must be returned in new and unused condition. You will need an RA# for
exchange which can be obtained as outlined above. Just write a brief
explanation of the product(s) you wish to exchange for on the copy of your
invoice that you include with your return. You will be issued a full credit
(less the original shipping charge) towards your exchange items.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect all merchandise upon receipt. Any damage
or defects must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. You can contact our
customer service department to report any damage or defect at 800-545-2114.
In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we will offer to
replace or repair the merchandise. We will issue a return shipping label for
defective items that are returned for replacement. If a replacement is
waived, then restocking fees will apply. If we are unable to offer a
comparable replacement of equal or greater value, a full refund will be
issued upon receipt of your return.
Manufacturer's Warranty
All products purchased from Proline are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for 12
months from
date of original purchase or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first. Some
manufacturers products may carry a longer warranty, call for specific warranty
information. The warranty
does not cover any cost of removal or installation of the products. Any alternation,
misuse, incorrect application, tampering or outside repair voids this warranty. Any
implied warranty shall be limited to the duration of the expressed warranty. |
