Proline Shipping Information and Policies

Shipping Overview

     When you find the item you wish to order, you will be offered a list of delivery service options. Ground shipping is the default delivery service. Faster UPS air shipping methods are available for additional charge. UPS Ground is the least expensive shipping option and delivery time varies from 1-6 business days within the continental United States (see transit time map below). All shipments are traceable with any of our shipping methods. You may also select a faster shipping service for an additional charge. When you add that item to your shopping cart it is assigned the shipping service that you requested. It is possible to choose a different shipping service for each of the items in your order.
    
Free Shipping

     We offer free UPS Ground shipping on Thule and Yakima product orders of $99 or more (excluding rooftop and hitch cargo box carriers) within the 48 US Contiguous states (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).  Items listed as "Free UPS Ground Shipping" will ship for free within the 48 Continental US States via UPS ground shipping service. Orders that are returned or refused will be credited, less the actual outbound shipping charges.

Order Placement and Shipping
    
     We ship orders during standard business hours, Monday - Friday.  All transit times are calculated in business days (Sat-Sun and Holidays do not apply). Orders received prior to 3:00pm EST will usually ship the same business day. Your order will be shipped using the shipping service you request.

Air Shipments and Charges

     Air shipping is available via UPS and additional shipping charges do apply for express shipments. The additional shipping charges will be shown prior to adding the item to cart.  Saturday delivery is available upon request for orders that ship on Friday via Next Day Air (additional charge applies).
     UPS shipment (i.e. 2nd Day, Next Day and 3-Day Air ) transit times are guaranteed. If your shipment does not arrive as ordered, the air shipping charges are refundable. All air transit times are calculated in business days (Sat-Sun and Holidays do not apply).

Backorders

     Items not in stock at time of order placement will be placed on backorder and shipped to you as soon as possible. Your charges will not be billed until your order ships.

Order Tracking

     All of our merchandise ships via United Parcel Service (UPS) excluding larger items such as Rooftop cargo boxes. All UPS shipments are traceable online at the following address: http://ups.com/tracking/tracking.html  You will need your shipment tracking number which can be obtained upon request @ 1-800-545-2114 or by email @ support@prolineracks.com.

APO - FPO Military Overseas Shipments
    
     We respect our service men and woman serving overseas and will ship orders to APO and FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post depending on USPS package size restrictions. Just select the UPS Ground shipping option when ordering and we will be happy to send via USPS. Transit times to are longer to these overseas addresses.

Rooftop and Hitch Cargo Box Orders

     Car roof top cargo boxes and oversized shipments are shipped via common carrier (tractor trailer truck).
These shipment will require a signature for delivery. Transit times are generally a day or two longer than the UPS transit times shown below.
