PRODUCT DETAILS: - Mounts to class 2 or class 3 threaded hitch bike racks. Available in 5/8" or 1/2" pin diameter. - Securely locks bike rack to vehicle hitch receiver. Compatible with the Swagman #64670 XTC, X-TRA and 64665 XC4 bike racks. - Tubular high security key allows for easy access with only 1/4 turn to unlock. - Exclusive rotating end cap covers the key hole to protect the lock from the elements. Triple chrome plated for maximum rust protection.
