Dear Sirs, I would like to express my
appreciation. I placed an order for your part # 65115 (3 Pair Mont Blanc Ski
and Snowboard Racks) before Christmas. I had it delivered 3 day select to
insure I would have it for our annual Christmas Ski Trip. It arrived missing
one small piece for the Universal mounting bracket. When I called regarding what to do, the gentleman that answered my call immediately knew of my order who I was where the shipment had been sent and assured me it would be taken care of. He then sent via Next Day Air the replacement part needed for my rack at no cost to me. I am not only very pleased with the rack itself which is a fine piece of craftsmanship, but a company like yours has shown me that there are still caring people in the world that will do whatever is necessary to make things right.
