OVERVIEW We offer free UPS Ground shipping on Thule and Yakima orders exceeding $99. This free shipping offer does not apply to Thule or Yakima rooftop cargo boxes or hitch cargo boxes. The rooftop cargo boxes and hitch boxes must ship via Tractor Trailer truck due to their size and for this reason are not included in the free UPS Ground shipping offer. FREE SHIPPING OFFER Items listed as "Free UPS Ground Shipping" will ship for free within the 48 Continental US States via UPS ground shipping service. Thule and Yakima order totals that exceed $99 also qualify for free shipping. The $99 order total must be for Thule and Yakima products, items from other manufacturers do not apply to the $99 total and are not eligible for free shipping unless otherwise noted. Orders that are returned or refused will be credited, less the actual outbound shipping charges. ORDER PLACEMENT AND SHIPPING We ship orders during standard business hours, Monday - Friday. All transit times are calculated in business days (Sat-Sun and Holidays do not apply). Orders received prior to 2:30pm EST will usually ship the same business day. Your order will be shipped using the shipping service you request. AIR SHIPMENTS AND CHARGES Air shipping is available via UPS and additional shipping charges do apply for express shipments. The additional charge for air shipments will be added to the cost of the product when ordering online. UPS and FedEx Air shipment (i.e 2nd Day, Next Day and 3-Day air ) transit times are guaranteed. If your shipment does not arrive as ordered, the air shipping charges are refundable. All air transit times are calculated in business days (Sat-Sun and Holidays do not apply) BACKORDERS Items not in stock at time of order placement will be placed on backorder and shipped to you as soon as possible. Your charges will not be billed until your order ships. |

our merchandise ships via United Parcel Service (UPS). All UPS shipments are traceable online
at the following address: http://ups.com/tracking/tracking.html You will need your shipment tracking number which can be obtained upon request @ 1-800-545-2114 or by email @ support@prolineracks.com. Military and APO shipments via Parcel Post are not traceable. APO & FPO MILITARY SHIPMENTS Orders to military and APO, & FPO addresses which ship via Parcel Post. Select Ground shipping option during checkout and we will ship to your address at this shipping rate. Transit times to Military APO and FPO addresses will be 2-3 weeks. CAR ROOF TOP CARGO CARRIERS AND OVERSIZED SHIPMENTS Car roof top cargo boxes and oversized shipments are shipped via common carrier (tractor trailer truck). These shipment will require a signature for delivery. Transit times are generally a day or two longer than the UPS transit times shown below. UPS GROUND TRANSIT TIMES All transit times are calculated in business days (Sat-Sun and Holidays do not apply). We do not guarantee transit times for UPS Ground Service.
